Boris van Delden

Boris has more than two decades of experience in insolvency, restructuring and business recovery. Having worked with McDonald Vague since 2001, as well as the Official Assignee, Gosling Chapman, Horwath and Deloitte, he has advised on a wide range of insolvency and recovery engagements across New Zealand. Boris is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

His experience spans property development and construction, agribusiness, hospitality and retail, as well as creditor compromises, Part 5 proposals and IRD settlements. Boris has been involved in a number of significant appointments, including DML Resources Limited, the Miniso / Yoyoso Group, Jennings Roadfreight Limited and Hayfield SHA.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce

• Accreditations: Chartered Accountant (PP); Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, a member of CAANZ, RITANZ and INSOL International.
